A musical show titled Nomiyena Minisun – Jothimath Sandawa to mark the 34th Death Anniversary of veteran playback singer HR Jothipala was organised by Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation and Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU would enable the collaboration of telecasting and broadcasting the programmes at the Ananda Samarakoon Studio of the SLBC. The Information and Mass Media Secretary Jagath P Wijeweera and SLRC Chairman Reginald Cooray graced the event.
