India, Sri Lanka ink US$ 15 Mn project to promote Buddhist ties

During the bilateral meeting between President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman yesterday evening, bilateral documents were exchanged to enable the execution of projects under the US$ 15 million grant assistance by the Government of India for the promotion of Buddhist ties between India and Sri Lanka, the President’s Media Division said.
