Asoka Vidyalaya Colombo under-19 cricket team
Jaffna Central College will meet Asoka Vidyalaya Colombo in the final of the Under-19 division 2 Tier B inter schools limited overs cricket tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and sponsored by Sri Lanka Cricket at Bandaragama Cricket Stadium today.
Jaffna Central College advanced to the quarter final as runner up of their group. Quarter final match between Jaffna Central College and Henegama ended without result. Jaffna Central College advanced to the semi final according to average points in the previous round against Henegama Central College. Jaffna Central beat P. De S. Kularathna College Ambalangoda in the semi final.
Asoka Vidyalaya advanced to the quarter final as fourth place of their group. Asoka Vidyalaya beat Christ King College Ja-Ela in the quartr final. Asoka Vidyalaya beat Kingswood College Kandy in the semi final.
Nishanthan Ajay will lead Jaffna Central College and Asoka Vidyalaya Colombo will be led by Umesh Caldera.
