Karnataka State to offer IT job opportunities to Lankans

Karnataka State Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot is looking to seek the possibility of extending long-term IT-based investments to Sri Lanka as well as securing job opportunities for Sri Lankan IT intellectuals in Bangalore, the IT capital of India.

This pledge was made to Sri Lankan Deputy High Commissioner Dr. D. Venkateshwaran after he paid an official call on Gehlot recently.

The duo also discussed other possible avenues to ‘Support Sri Lanka’.
