Kudu Anju planned partnership with Polish drug trafficker

Sri Lankan Intelligence sources have received information that drug trafficker and underworld criminal Kudu Anju who is in remand after being arrested by the French police was planning to join a drug distribution network operating from France.

According to the information received by the intelligence agencies, he has prepared plans for it together with a Sri Lankan who has citizenship in Poland.

The intelligence agencies have also received a photograph of Kudu Anju meeting with the Polish national in France. Kudu Anju, who was arrested by French police following a complaint by his wife is still in remand in France.

That is until French authorities receive the files related to his crimes.

According to the information received from the country, Kudu Anju is currently not engaging in conversation with any person who comes to see him without the permission of his lawyer.

The Interpol had issued a red warrant against Kudu Anju due to his failure to appear in a pending case regarding his arrest with a hand grenade.

Apart from that, the police information revealed that there was no evidence to suggest he was directly involved in crimes in this country but allegations about ordering and co-ordinating murders and other crimes.
