Lahiru arrested

Former Convener of Inter-University Students’ Federation (IUSF) and National Organiser of Youth for Change Lahiru Weerasekera was arrested by the police yesterday.

He was arrested for obstructing the police officers for carrying out their duties during a protest that was held at Maradana on August 30.
