Licence agreement between SLRC, China National Radio and Television Administration

The Cabinet of Ministers has granted its consent to sign a licence agreement between Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation (SLRC) and the National Radio and Television Administration of the People’s Republic of China, Cabinet Spokesman Mass Media Minister Dr.Bandula Gunawardhana said.

It has been proposed to sign a licence agreement for exchange of television programmes between the National Radio and Television Administration of the People’s Republic of China and Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation with the objective of strengthening mutual understanding, friendship and co-operation.

Accordingly, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal submitted by the Mass Media Minister for signing of the licence agreement prepared for the purpose between the two parties.
