Man arrested in Ratmalana with Hash worth over Rs. 20 million
A 29-year-old man has been arrested in Ratmalana with a stock of hashish narcotics valued at more than Rs. 20 million.
The arrest was made during a raid carried out by the Mount Lavinia Crime Investigation Division following a tip-off received by officers.
Police said they recovered 3 kilograms and 125 grams of hashish from the suspect’s possession.
Further investigations are being conducted by the Mount Lavinia Crime Investigation Division. (Newswire)
