Man kills heroin-addicted brother

Kirulapone Police said that a man stabbed and killed his younger brother on Sunday (15).

The deceased was a 29-year-old father of one who resides in Kirulapone.

Police arrested the 32-year-old brother and seized the knife he used for the murder. It is revealed during Police investigations that the deceased was addicted to heroin and ice. The older brother stabbed his younger brother on the chest when he (the younger brother) forcibly solicited money from his mother yesterday (15).

Police said that the suspect and the deceased were half brothers (they had the same father).

The suspect is to be presented to the Court.
