Many new facilities for St. Mary’s College, Veyangoda

The ceremony for handing over many new facilities to the students of Veyangoda St. Mary’s College took place yesterday (18) morning with the participation of Chief Prelate of Attanagalla Arahantha Raja Maha Viharaya, Ven. Pannila Ananda Thera.

Among the facilities handed over to the students are the art and sculpture gallery, audio-visual media unit, GCE O/L Mathematics laboratory, Advanced Level students’ laboratory, the library and reading room and the statue of Zeus.

These activities took place under the guidance of Principal B.D.I.K. Karunarathne and the Past Pupils’ Association of the school.
