Minister visits SLTB Northern Regional Office

Transport, Highways and Mass Media Minister Dr. Bandula Gunawardena made a special observation at the SLTB Northern Regional Office located in Kondavil and Jaffna Depot recently to inspect the  provision of public transport services in the North and Eastern Regions.

Observing the Jaffna depot premises, the Minister joined the special discussion to talk about the problems of its administration and junior staff. The Minister also emphasized on the importance of getting the views of all employees for the development of the institution  during the discussion.

Commemorating the Minister’s visit, the Jaffna depot staff presented a special commemorative gift to the Minister.

SLTB Deputy General Manager (Operation) Panduka Swarnahansa, General Manager of Northern Region SLTB Office R. M. D. Vijitha Dharmasena, Jaffna Depot Manager N.  Gunaseelan and other staff members were present on this occasion.
