The Egyptian Embassy in collaboration with the Presidential Secretariat, Marine Environment Protection Authority (MEPA), Clean Ocean Force Lanka, Police Environment Protection Division and other organisations held a beach cleaning programme at the Mount Lavinia Beach yesterday (23).
Senior Advisor to the President on Climate Change Ruwan Wijewardene, Egyptian Ambassador Maged Mosleh, Clean Ocean Force Lanka Chairman Jerome Fernando, MEPA District Head Dinithi Gunesena and Embassy officials were present.
