MWCA make a successful tour of Lanka
Melbourne West Cricket Academy(MWCA) had a Successful Cricket tour of Sri Lanka recently and youngsters really enjoyed this short tour which was organised by SS Sports and Tours, the Founder and Managing Director of the Company, former Sri Lanka National Cricket Squad Member, Sri Lanka ‘A’ Team, Sri Lanka U23, U20, U19 First Class Player Suranjith Silva. He was partnered by Sri Lankan Express. Managing Director Dilan Fernando to make this tour.

The Coaches,who travelled with the team were Head Coach Upul Fernando (former Sri Lanka A, U24, U19 First Class player ) and his Assistant Coach Brenton Jones. In fact this tour was highly successful in which players of the Melbourne West Cricket Academy got match exposure at venues like Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium Hambantota ,SSC grounds and
Welagedera Stadium Kurunegala said former Sri Lankan leg spinner Suranjith Silva .
The Aussie youngsters. also witnessed the first test between -Sri Lanka and Australia at Galle International Cricket Stadium
The Melbourne Western Cricket Academy players handed over cricket gear to the team members of the opponent teams especially at Great Cricket School Academy at Monaragala which helped to build up friendship which was the main focus on this tour.
