National Olympic Committee honours Asian Games medallists

The National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka felicitated the victorious Lankan athletes who brought honour to mother Lanka at the recently concluded Asian Games in Hangzhou, China at a ceremony held at the Hemasiri Fernando Auditorium on Monday. They won five medals including one gold, two silver and two bronze. Gold medal winner Tharushi Karunaratne was not present as she was taking part in the National Schools Athletic Meet.
