National Unity must be preserved – Sajith

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa addressing a public gathering in Hemmathagama said that when disunity is created between communities, it will affect the progress of the country and most people have not understood this situation.

“In order to preserve National Unity, we all have to work regardless of race, religion, caste or other differences. National Security must be preserved. We need to preserve National Unity and religious unity. Where there is no unity, national security is weakened” he said.

He said the SJB always strives to safeguard national integration, unity between communities and national security.
