
Sri Lanka Police has announced the introduction of three dedicated telephone numbers to assist applicants facing difficulties with Police Clearance Certificate submissions, following the temporary suspension of the online application system due to essential maintenance.
The Police Media Division said the public has already been informed of the interim procedures for submitting applications until the clearance computer system is fully restored.
To further streamline communication and resolve issues, applicants may now contact the Special Operations Room at Police Headquarters, which operates 24 hours a day, through the following numbers:

The Police added that these hotlines are intended to handle inquiries, provide guidance, and address problems encountered by applicants in relation to the Police Clearance Division. (Newswire)
