New programmes on Rupavahini

Rupavahini, the national channel, has introduced some new programmes to its line up as well as revamped some of its old programmes to keep their viewers entertained.

Peo Legend, Sihinayaki Rae, Baila Sade and Red are some of these programmes which are telecasting featuring some of the most popular and entertaining figures in showbiz.

Two teledramas which captivated masses during the time they were telecast for the first time: ‘Sambada Publis’ and ‘Siri Sirimal’ had also started re-telecasting over the weekend.

‘Sambada Publis’ which is written by the late Joe Abeywickrama and directed by Chandraratne Mapitagama is telecasting at 9.15 pm during the weekend.

‘Siri Sirimal’, directed by Sunil Costa, is telecasting at 8.30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
