New WhatsApp hotline for motor vehicle complaints

The Department of Motor Traffic has introduced a new WhatsApp hotline, 074 245 3300, through which the public can submit written complaints regarding issues faced during the registration of motor vehicles and inconveniences caused by vehicles.

The service, introduced by the Commissioner of Motor Traffic, is intended to provide a direct, accessible channel for citizens to raise concerns and ensure timely responses. 

Complaints can be submitted in writing via WhatsApp messages to the number, covering matters such as delays, irregularities, or public disturbances linked to vehicle operations. (Newswire)
