Chinese Ambassador in Colombo Qi Zhenhong visited Jaffna where he had a fruitful discussion with Northern Province Governor Jeevan Thiagarajah on Wednesday evening. Their discussion focused on how to enhance mutual cooperation and improve local Tamil community livelihoods.
