Nippon Paints unveils colour matching system for vehicle accident repairs

For the first time in Sri Lanka the latest six-angle spectrophotometer ‘n-MAX 2k’ was unveiled by Nippon Paint Lanka for the exact matching of colours in automotive-refinishing last week.

“This state-of-the-art colour retrieval system ensures hundred percent colour accuracy in auto refinishing hence restoration of original colour in vehicles that have met with accidents is guaranteed”, said Nippon Paint Lanka General Manager Nemantha Abeysinghe.

“The n-MAX 2k machine is specifically designed for accident repairs. This six-angle spectrophotometer which is a scanner enables software to make and match colours. The scanner ensures a hundred per cent accuracy in matching colours thus it is ideal for all types of vehicles including passenger and commercial vehicles”, he added.

“The key features include over 20,000 formulations available in the database along with 12,000 plus unique formulae, opening great vistas in the industry. Paint partners are available online and offline or on the mobile app.”

“Constant technical support will be offered from an experienced technical team with a Colour Helpline for quick support.”
