Notice of Heavy Rain by the Department of Meteorology

Rainfall is expected to occur in Eastern, Uva and North-Central provinces and in Hambantota, Matale and Mullaitivu districts.

Fairly heavy showers above 50mm are likely to occur in the Eastern province and in Matale and Polonnaruwa districts.

General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions.
