The people who were in queues at filling stations from yesterday morning staged a protest blocking  all entry and exit roads of the Rambukkana town yesterday. The protestors also blocked the level crossing which resulted in cancelling all train services on the mainline.

He said the Police used tear gas to disperse the crowd but the protestors resorted pelting at police personnel.
