Over 270 Quarantine Curfew violators arrested in 24 hours

So far 66,003 persons have been arrested for violating the quarantine laws, according to the Police Headquarters.

A total of 781 persons in 441 vehicles and 1,118 persons in 659 vehicles in the Western Province were interrogated by the police at roadblocks set up at 13 entry and exit points in the Western Province in the 24 hours.

The Police Headquarters stated that the operation to arrest those who do not comply with the quarantine rules will be intensified in the coming days.
