Police hunt for acting Principal, dance teacher

Kalawana Police are on the trail of an acting Principal and a dance teacher of a school in Kalawana wanted in connection with child abuse.

The investigation started following a complaint that the acting principal and dance teacher had seriously abused two 12-year-old children studying in their school.

A senior Police officer said that the children’s statements revealed that the abuse took place in the school’s bathroom.

Police say that the acting principal and the dance teacher have fled the area and are currently hiding. The police have begun investigations to arrest them.
