Galnewa Police have commenced an extensive investigation regarding the disappearance of a 12-year-old girl who went to participate in a dance class held at her school.
The girl’s grandmother had complained to the Police that she had gone on Sunday to participate in an extra class conducted by the dance teacher at her school.
Police said that the girl’s mother is abroad and the father is a daily wage earner.
The grandmother in her complaint to the Police had mentioned that the granddaughter who went to a dance class at the school had phoned her grandmother at around 4.30 p.m. stating that she was safe.
Police investigations have also revealed that there were some disputes between the grandmother and the granddaughter which could have led to her disappearance.
If not, the Police believe whether the disappearance could be due to a result of a love affair.
