 President Gotabaya Rajapaksa on Friday inspected the 200 acre land belonging to the Millewa Estate in Horana, where the prison complex in Borella is to be relocated. Justice Minister Ali Sabry PC, State Ministers Lohan Ratwatte,Vidura Wickremanayake and Jayantha Samaraweera were present.
