Prisoners to receive Presidential Pardon in view of the Christmas.
The Department of Prisons said inmates above the age of 65 years who have served more than half their sentence, will be pardoned.
Also Inmates who were sentenced for 40 years, and have served 20 or more years will be pardoned.
