Productive programmes across country

Cabinet Spokesman and Mass Media Minister Dr. Bandula Gunawardhana said several programmes are being implemented by every ministry to make Sri Lanka a productive country.

Speaking to the media yesterday at the Government Information Department, the Minister said that the every institution will be directed to work harder to create a working culture and the National Youth Services Council will provide benefits for that. He mentioned that women will be allocated funds through separate divisional secretariats to empower women and land will be provided for youth farms under the agricultural modernisation by the Agriculture Ministry.
