Prof. E.A. Weerasinghe’s biography launched

A ceremony was recently held at NSBM Green University Auditorium to felicitate its Vice Chancellor Prof. E.A. Weerasinghe who played a pivotal role in the establishment of the university.

The first copy of the biography ‘NSBM Legacy: Creator and Creation’ being presented to Lake House Chairman Professor Harendra Kariyawasam by Prof. E.A. Weerasinghe.

A number of activities including the launch of his biography ‘NSBM Legacy: Creator and Creation’ took place at this ceremony which was named ‘Chirabichinthana 2024’.

The keynote speeches were delivered by the former Vice Chancellor of Sri Jayewardenepura University Karunasena Kodituwakku and entrepreneur Dilith Jayaweera. The biography, written by veteran author Chanuka Wattegama, was also presented to Prof. E.A. Weerasinghe.

The first copy was presented to Lake House Chairman Professor Harendra Kariyawasam by Prof. E.A. Weerasinghe.
