Quarter finals will commence on November 11

Quarter finals of the Under 19 division 1 and 2 inter schools limited Overs cricket tournament will commence from Saturday. The tournaments are conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and sponsored by Sri Lanka Cricket.

This tournament conducted according to four categories Division One tier A, Division 1 Tier B, Division 2 Tier A and Division 2 Tier B.

Division One – Tier ‘A’

Twenty schools in Division One tier A divided by 2 groups. The tournament was held in the first round as league basis. Eight schools advanced from both groups after the first round.

Quarter finals

De Mazenod College Kandana (X1) vs St. Sebastian’s College Moratuwa (Y4) at Nalanda ground Colombo on 12th November.

Trinity College Kandy (X2) vs Mahanama College Colombo (Y3) at De Mazenod College Kandana on 14th November.

St. Joseph’s College Colombo (X3) vs Richmond College Galle (Y2) at Thurstan ground on 14th November.

Royal College Colombo (X4) vs S. Thomas’ College Mt. Lavinia (Y1) at St. Peter’s College Bambalapitiya on 11th November.

Division One – Tier ‘B’

Eighteen schools in Division One tier B divided by 2 groups. The tournament was held in the first round as league basis. Eight schools advanced from both groups after the first round.

Quarter finals

Ananda College Colombo (X1) vs St. Sebastian’s College Katuneriya (Y4) at S. Thomas’ College Mt. lavinia on 11th November.

St. Peter’s College Bambalapitiya (X2) vs Mahinda College Galle (Y2) at S. Thomas’ College Mt. Lavinia on 13th November.

St. Aloysius College Galle (X3) vs Lumbini College Colombo (Y3) at Ananda Mawatha on 11th November.

Dharmaraja College Kandy (X4) vs Thurstan College Colombo (Y1) at St. Joseph’s College Colombo on 13th November.

Division Two – Tier ‘A’

Eighteen schools in Division Two tier A divided by 2 groups. The tournament was held in the first round as league basis. Eight schools advanced from both groups after the first round.

Lyceum International School Wattala (X1) vs Sri Devananda College Ambalangoda (Y4) at St. Sebastian’s College Moratuwa on 11th November.

St. John’s College Panadura (X2) vs Vidyartha College Kandy (Y3).

Anuradhapura Central College (X3) vs St. John’s College Jaffna (Y2) at Asgiriya stadium Kandy on 11th November.

Piliyandala Central College (X4) vs Sri Sumangala College Panadura (Y1).

Division Two – Tier ‘B’

Eighteen schools in Division Two tier A divided by 2 groups. The tournament was held in the first round as league basis. Eight schools advanced from both groups after the first round.

Quarter finals

P. De S. Kularatne MV Ambalangoda (X1) vs Royal College Panadura (Y4).

Kingswood College Kandy (X2) vs Maris Stella College Thimbirigaskatuwa (Y3).

Henegama Central College (X3) vs Jaffna Central College (Y2) at St. Anthony’s College Katugastota on 12th November.

Asoka Vidyalaya Colombo (X4) vs Christ King College Ja-Ela (Y1).
