Rakwana field officer harasses priest’s wife
The Rakwana Police said that they have received a complaint about a field officer of a plantation company who is said to have forcibly entered the house of a priest of a kovil in Rakwana and tried to harass his wife.
Police carrying out investigations into this incident said that the relevant field officer, who is an employee of a Rakwana Estate had been on duty at the estate on that day (30) and it was revealed that he had entered the priest’s house at around ten in the morning. The field officer had a casual love affair with the priest’s wife.
Police said that the reason for this incident was that the priest’s wife had stopped her relationship with the field officer and had an affair with another person.
On the day of the incident, the estate employee had jumped over the gate of the priest’s house, entered it and tried to harass his wife and when the wife screamed, the estate field officer had fled. Rakwana Police said legal action will be taken in this connection.
