Ramesh Mendis captures 5/23 for Moors SC
Ramesh Mendis had fine figures of 5 for 23 in his six over spell as Moors SC recorded an easy 7 wickets win over Police SC in their Major Clubs limited over cricket fixture played at Moors grounds yesterday.
Police SC were all out for 105 in 28.4 overs while experienced off spinner Ramesh Mendis did most of the damage with five wickets. Moors SC reached their target in only 23 overs. The game reduced to 30 overs due to wet wicket.
Meanwhile Sebastianites and Colts CC recorded wins in their matches and both decisions were made according to the D methods. Today another nine club matches will be played at this tournament which conducted by SLC.
