Road to World’s End blocked by Earthslip

One of the main roads to the entrance of World’s End in Horton Plains has been closed for vehicular movement, owing to an earthslip, the police announced.

Accordingly, police mentioned that the stretch of road from Ambewela to the World’s End via Rendapola would remain closed until further notice.

Mounds of earth have fallen onto the road near the 3km Post area of the road, according to Keppetipola Police.
