Sajith urges people not to be misled by JVP rhetoric

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said, if the country wants a murderous regime that oppresses the people, a team which has proven in the past that they are capable of such deeds has come forward for the upcoming LG polls.

He said the SJB was not a party which follows such rigorous methods or policies but a party which always will protect democracy and freedom of the people. The Opposition Leader was speaking at a SJB campaign rally in Kamburupitiya recently. He urged the people not to be misled by rhetoric and added the SJB was the only alternative for the people at the upcoming polls.
