Sanasa Life Insurance implements training programmes for staff
Sanasa Life Insurance, a leading brand in the insurance industry, has implemented a series of outdoor training programmes for its staff members.
The initiative is aimed at ensuring the betterment of the staff and is led by the Human Resources and Recruitment Department and Human Resources and Training and Development Department.
The purpose of this programme is to provide the necessary knowledge and develop attitudes, skills and communication skills of the sales force and other officers, thereby motivating them to move towards future plans. It is planned to have all the officers of the Company participate in six batches for this programme, which is being organised with the resources of Cognito Asia Outbound Training in Sri Lanka. Three teams participated in the training session, which is was held in Hikkaduwa, focusing on developing the participants’ personality, team spirit, communication skills and common sense.
