SJB prepared for any election – Sajith

Samagi Jana Balavegaya (SJB) Leader and Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa has instructed party leaders to prepare for any election, whatever period of time they may be held.

The Leader of the Opposition has instructed the party leaders to take necessary steps to strengthen the party branches and the Jana Pavura and Sadaham Yathra programmes.

The Samagi Jana Balavegaya has also decided to launch a door-to-door public awareness campaign against the Government’s activities and procedures from next month.

The work has been handed over to a group including party General Secretary Ranjith Maddumabandara, Chairman Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka, National Organizer Tissa Attanayake, Chief of Operations Harin Fernando and Treasurer Harsha de Silva.
