SJB ready for Presidential Election – Sajith

Opposition leader Sajith Premadasa said that Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is ready to accept the Presidential Election challenge. He said that if the Government is ready to bring a proposal to hold the Presidential Election before the scheduled time the SJB was willing to give full support to it. The Opposition Leader was speaking at the Executive Committee meeting of the opposition party alliance.

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa also stated under a future SJB Government, the party was prepared to ensure the democratic rights of the people by conducting the Local Government elections at the earliest.
