Social worker passes away

Popular social worker and philanthropist Bopagamage Kusumawathie, 73, passed away yesterday. She was the proprietor of Hotel New Hasthagiri in Paddukka and a mother of three.

Her remains lie at her residence at Galagedara, Padukka and the funeral will take place at Galagedara Cemetery today (23) at 4.00 pm. Cortege leaves residence at 3.00 pm.
