Special screening of ‘The Newspaper’ in London

A special screening of the award-winning film ‘The Newspaper’ produced by Dr. Bandula Gunawardhana and directed by Sarath Kothalawala and Kumara Thirimadura is scheduled to be held in London. The film will be screened at Pail Robeson Theater in Hounslow on August 19 at 6pm. The film screening has been organized to raise funds for Lankan’s Voice Season 2- UK.

The movie “The Newpaper”, which was created based on a controversial chain of events about the use of modern media, is considered to be a film that has been the subject of intense discussion among local and foreign film critics. It has won a number of international awards. Along with Dr. Bandula Gunawardhana, who produced many award-winning films, Ravindra Guruge and H.D. Preamasiri have contributed to the producing of the film.
