Sports Complex for TTasl in Bandaragama

Sports Ministry Director-General (DG) Amal Edirisooriya handed over the agreement documents to the TTASL President and Company Estate Reforms State Minister Kanaka Herath in the presence of Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa, during a ceremony held at the National Sports Council Auditorium. The Sports Ministry is hoping to allocate more infrastructure facilities for table tennis in an attempt to obtain successful results.

The funds will be allocated to put up a High-Performance Centre in Bandaragama, including a gymnasium, swimming pool, and a stadium with all modern technology.

The Sports Ministry also plans to set up a dormitory for the purpose of national players for training and accommodation.
