Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa visits Ampara

During his recent visit to Ampara district, Youth and Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa visited the National Youth Services Council Training Centre, Sainthamaruthu and had a discussion with the officials to improve quality of training given by the centre and provide facilities for sports in the district.

On the request of Sri Lanka Pothujana Peramuna (SLPP) Kalmunai Electorate Authorized Officer and Member of the Eastern Province Housing Authority Board of Management M.Rizley Musthafa, the Minister Namal Rajapaksa visited Maruthamunai and Sainthamaruthu areas.

Digamadullah District Sri Lanka Pothujana Peramuna (SLPP) Parliamentarian and Ampara District Development Committee Chairman W.D.Weerasinghe, Parliamentarian Thilak Rajapaksa, Ampara District Secretary D.M.L.Bandaranayakke, National Youth Services Council (NYSC) Ampara Assistant Director W.A.G.S.Damayanthi, Sainthamaruthu National Youth Services Council Training Centre Officer In-Charge Mohamed Haroon and Sports Ministry officials were present.
