Sri Lanka bans public gatherings to contain COVID spread
The Government has decided to ban wedding functions from August 17 (Tuesday) until further notice, stated the Department of Government Information.
It further mentions that, Public gatherings (at home or hotel) will not be permitted from midnight today and Restaurants dining is only allowed 50% of the capacity.
