Sri Lanka can become the Education Hub of Asia – Sanasa University Chancellor

Sri Lanka can be easily converted to the Education Hub of Asia through widening more education opportunities for local and foreign students, said Sri Lanka Economists’ Association President and Sanasa University Chancellor Ven. Pro. Wijitapure Wimalarathana Thera.

The Chancellor made these remarks while addressing new undergraduates recruited for the 2023-2034 academic year of Sanasa University situated in Paragammana, Kegalle on Friday (27). Sanasa University, a green university, was enrolling new students to the Faculty of Management and Finance, with the parents also present on the occasion.

Ven. Prof. Wijitapure Wimalarathana Thera said that education can be well utilised for the economic prosperity of the country.

Accordingly Sanasa University is engaging in widening the higher education arena of the country aiming to drive the country towards becoming the Education Hub of Asia.Moreover no student is subjected to ragging.

Several Higher education diplomas, undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses with the approval of the University Grants Commission (UGC), registered by the Ministry of Higher Education Ministry, are provided here.

The undergraduates who joined the Sanasa university are entitled to obtain government financial facilities offered to study degree courses through the national banking system.
