Sri Lanka Leather Products Manufacturers visit ILFF 2023 in Delhi

Sri Lankan Delegation comprising 28 leading Footwear and Leather Products Manufacturers organized by the Sri Lanka Footwear and Leather Products Manufacturers Association visited the Footwear , Shoe Material and Machinery Fair (ILFF 2023) at Pragati Maidan Delhi , India recently.

Most of the Sri Lankan Manufactures obtain their raw material, components and accessories from India. The Confederation of Footwear Industries (CIFI) invited and facilitated the Sri Lanka delegation. The delegation visited the 3 day fair and the Grand Footwear Fashion show.

The Sri Lanka delegation made fruitful business contacts with the Indian Suppliers and had business meetings with them. The delegation was taken on Factory visits and exposed to new technology and new developments of the industry.

The CIFI organaised the participation of Indian suppliers of raw material, components and accessories at the Sri Lanka Footwear and Leather Fair continuously for the past 10 years . The Association invited the exhibitors of the Indian fair to participate at the Sri Lankan Footwear and Leather Fair 2024 to be held in Colombo Sri Lanka. Sriyani de Saram, Former Dy.
