State Minister Diana to go bald for film

Tourism State Minister Diana Gamage has decided to shave her head in order to feature in a Buddhist-themed film.

Gamage has been approached by a veteran Indian filmmaker to portray a monk, the main character in this iconic film with a Buddhist theme, in honour of the cordial ties between India and Sri Lanka.

The Tourism State Ministry says that she is ready to act in the film shortly.
