Taalia bags double at Cool Tennis Tourney

Promising Taalia Silva produced a fine performance to complete a grand double at the Grand Slam Tennis Academy Annual Cool Tennis Tournaments 2023, held at the SLTA Courts in Green Path, Colombo.

Taalia clinched the top award in the Girls’ Green Ball Level-1 competition when she defeated Pershmi Gunaratne and later she combined with Pershmi to bag the Girls’ Green Ball Doubles title.

Meanwhile, in the Boys’ Tournament, Sasiru Iduwara took major honours when he clinched the Orange Ball Achiever title while Aadil Rahimdeen emerged victorious in the Green Ball Pro category.
