In addition to her right arm leg spin bowling and front line batting, in the All Island Girls cricket tournament in the year 2018 she kept wickets for the side and took a record number of catches behind the stumps against Galewela Central College. As an opening batswoman she scored 48 runs against Marawila Maha Vidyalaya and 83 runs against Maliyadewa Girls School, Kurunegala.
Allthough she joined St.Anthonys’ she was called up to play for the Nuwara Eliya District and as a right arm leg spinner she claimed three wickets for twenty runs against Kegalle District representing Nuwara Eliya District.
From the year 2016 onwards she represented Central Province team to date and her highest achievement in bowling is claiming three wickets for twenty runs at the Super Four Provincial Tournament against Galle district.She was unable to do much in Batting in this tournament and in 2020 she scored 40 runs against Kandy District cricket team. At present she is practicing hard but due to the Covid 19 epidemic in the country her cricket playing has been curtailed and she is still practicing at home with the help of a Private Cricket coach.
Her intention is to improve her studies as well as improve her ability in cricket as she is a talented women’s Cricketer and she Is thankful to all her Cricket coaches and the Principal of St.Anthonys’ Girls School Her ambition is to end up as a National and International womens Cricketer.
