Tourism guide arrested with firm arms, drugs and cash

A suspect along with a revolver, a small locally made firearm, Rs.700 in cash, 2,200 milligrams of ‘Ice’ (Crystal Methamphetamine) and 80 grams of Kerala Cannabis was arrested by the Batapola Police on Wednesday (07).

A 32-year-old suspect who is a resident of Gonapinuwala has been identified to be a tourist guide. Police have also arrested an individual who was with him. The suspects were to be produced in courts on completion of investigations.
