Tourist arrivals dip to 60,359 in April

A 43.3% in tourist’s arrivals has been reordered for April 2020 (tourist arrivals were 60,359) and this was mainly attributed the reasons for this drop in tourist’s arrivals to present mass protests and economic crisis prevailing in the country.

In March 2022 there were 106,500 and this is around 46, 000 drop of arrivals. In January, Sri Lanka saw 82,327 tourist arrivals and in February, it increased to 96,507.
