Trinity College Kandy will meet their arch rival St. Anthony’s College Katugastota in the semi final of the Under 19 inter Schools Division One Tier A Limited Overs Cricket tournament today (28) at Thurstan College ground Kotahena.
Trinity College was at third place in their group in the first round. Trinity won five out of eight matches in the first round. They beat St. Sebastian’s College Moratuwa in the quarter final.
St. Anthony’s College was at fourth place in their group in the first round.St. Anthony’s won four out of eight matches. St. Anthony’s College beat Mahanama College Colombo in the quarter final.
Sri Lanka Youth cap Lahiru Abesinghe is the captain of St. Anthony’s College Katugastota and Rahal Amarasinghe is the skipper of Trinity College.
